in this great selection of fish dishes offered, one should think that the restaurant "gastmahl am sund" is too right to bear the title fish restaurant. However, the grilled healed as fried healbutt and the bratkartoffeln swam in the fat. next to the fish selection you will find on the menu a small selection of different other dishes - among others appetizers, meat dishes and riots.The fish nets on the deck are supposed to cover the large ventilation pipes and give a maritime ambiente, but both have only succeeded to a certain extent. At least the service was friendly.
the local is quite rustic and radiates a guest house fan. eating is quite good, the portions huge and tasty. as a fish lover you get a big selection and defigent, good bounty fish dishes. nothing interesting, but simple and good. very well tasted. service is ok, friendly and not intrusive, but still read air up. all in all worth a visit.
through the big storm during the summer time we arrived later than expected in stralsund. next to the bus stop harbour, the comfortable chairs and the inviting umbrellas fell on us. we decided to silence our thirst here. we ordered us beer and other drinks, were kindly served and so we sat down the local.
I have not heard about the localities,but this has been too much!The only thing I can evaluate is the dressing of the salad!The fish was so much salted that there must have been 2 cooks salted without knowing it was already salted.Batkartoae
