Con un toque industrial en su decoración (con la típica mezcla de mobiliario que está ahora tan de moda , Churruca resulta fresco y agradable en plena calle de la Baldosa de Villagarcía. Los precios contenidos (comimos dos personas por 30€, sin vino, eso sí son otro buen gancho para que la gente pruebe... y regrese. La carta, sin aportar nada radicalmente nuevo, también quiere darle un punto de frescura a los clásicos de la cocina gallega moderna para el picoteo . Probamos, por ejemplo, la empanada abierta de lacón con grelos , o las tiras de pollo crujientes con salsa de mostaza.
