Sind gestern eher durch Zufall auf den Thüringer Hof gestoßen,da wir im selben Ort woanders einen Tisch zum runden Geburtstag reserviert hatten.Dort standen wir allerdings trotz Reservierung vor verschlossener Tür! Nach kurzem Anruf beim Thüringer Hof,konnten wir glücklicherweise dort kurzfristig und sehr lecker essen! Der Wirt sowie das Küchenteam waren sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend,man hat gemerkt,das sie noch mit Leib und Seele in der Gastronomie arbeiten. Was ja leider heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist! Dieses Lokal kann man nur weiterempfehlen!
Eigentlich ein kleiner Dorfgasthof mit Potential. Allerdings sieht sich der alte Chef als Silberrücken. Das Zusammenstellen der Tische für eine bestellte Gesellschaft, für die nicht einmal genügend Plätze gedeckt waren wurde durch die Kellnerin selbstverständlich gestattet und durch den Wirt sofort verboten. Die Portionen waren vergleichsweise klein, keine Kartenzahlung war möglich, obwohl kein Geldautomat im Ort vorhanden war. Kein Parkplatz am Haus und nur der Hinweis, man müsste sich halt umgucken. Das geht besser, aber nicht mit diesem Wirt.
We ate three. We have eaten rouladen with lumps, canteen, thühringer sausage with roast potatoes and lumps with forest mushrooms. All dishes were super delicious (we could eat only 2 times there). The owners (Wirt,Koch) are very nice and like to talk to their guests. The ambience we find cozy and rustic. We will definitely return there and stay overnight. The three girls of Franken

We had a family celebration in the Sattler . We were all very satisfied. The food was super delicious and the rooms were very clean and cozy. It's all very simple but really nice!
