General: As promised to the Bautzner Senfwochen here, my must. The Karasek is located in a cozy, small side street near the Bautzen main market. In front of the restaurant is a cosy beer garden with huge parasols, which invites you to stay in summer. The restaurant itself is of medium size and neat, rustic furnishings. There are tables for 2 to 6 people, amazed I was when an unregistered travel group of approx. 20 people came and a few tables were put together in a short time so that at least 15 people could sit together.
