Today I want to get rid of something. I'm a passionate wild meat fan. We, these are my wife and some friends who were eating today at Gasthaus Zum Wildschütz on 21.12.2018. The drinks were good, you can't do anything wrong either, they come from the barrel or bottle. The food we ordered was turtles and wild boar. As a supplement there were lumps, croquettes, redwort and butter vegetables, as well as a sauce and mushrooms. The rattle consisted of a louder ca. 5 cm small very dark dry pieces. The wild boar was also dry and painted with mustard. The red herb from the can was not the hit either. The lumps were boiled and soaked.
