we came into this house by chance.It must be very popular in the opposite, because it was very well-visited. we had to get a seat (weekend).The restaurant has existed since 1793, but was once refurbished in the meantime.Hausmacher kuchen and deftiges from own slaughter awaits the hungry guest.We had a ham and a house plate. it tasted very good for us.Leider was probably the “Building bread”. the ham and the tasty self-made, was served on white bread. Too bad!The personal was, despite the great andrange, very friendly.
Ein sehr traditionelles Restaurant das es ewig in Steinfurt gibt. Neben der klassischen Gaststube gibt es eben Wintergarten, Terrasse mit und ohne Überdeckung und außerdem einen kleinen Spielplatz für Kinder. Heute waren sie aufgrund des guten Wetters und der vielen Gäste gut ausgelastet und dadurch etwas langsamer in der Bedienung. Wir mussten etwas auf unser Essen warten, aber das war wie immer lecker. Wer ein originales und typisches Restaurant dieser Gegend sucht ist hier genau richtig.
