Buff's Grill - Table reservation

We have came twice now and have been charged for items we did not ask for. Checks have been switched between tables. Loved this place but not recently. Received poor service, cold food and yet again had an incorrect check. Feels like we are being stolen from. Never had these issues with prior ownership. Owner did not seem to care about our feedback. Wish this wasn’t the review I was making

I just moved to Pilot Point and was hoping for some good home cooking. I had the Thursday special of meatloaf. It was horrible. No taste. Just hamburger meat with ketchup on it. No filling in the meatloaf! The fried mushrooms were very good and the sweet tea was good. Hopefully the new management will improve the food quality.

Hasn’t been the same since the “new owner” got there, all he does is screams to the employees and stays in his office instead of helping them when there’s only 1 or 2 of them doing everything.

Good food. The club sandwich was good and the fries and onion rings were really good. Good service Parking: It is next to Ace Hardware in a shopping center

Have recommended this place hundreds of times. Always great food and service.
