How many of us would like to forgive ten stars if that were possible. We had an unforgettable evening in the Gaumenkitzel yesterday, with a sensational Italia menu, extremely successful wines and a warm service. The kitchen is worth at least one Michelin star and the advice as well as the information about the local producers are also. It's a shame we live in France, otherwise we'll get past more often. On each plate, the love for the product is noticeable, and what the creativity of the chef conjures up from it are again and again the new little taste miracle. Thank you to Mrs and Mr Hamann for a few very wonderful hours in their culinary kingdom!
