We had an unforgettable evening in the Gaumenkitzel yesterday, with a sensational Italia menu, extremely successful wines and a warm service. The kitchen is worth at least one Michelin star and the advice as well as the information about the local producers are also. It's a shame we live in France, otherwise we'll get past more often. On each plate, the love for the product is noticeable, and what the creativity of the chef conjures up from it are again and again the new little taste miracle. Excellent restaurant with delicious food. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The toilets are very clean and nicely furnished. Outside there is a beautiful meadow with a few trees and inside it is nicely cool thanks to old walls in the summer. The food tastes excellent. It looks a little bit at first glance, but it's enough. I had the wild boarballs with tombs and supplements and can only recommend the court. Very delicious!
