Here collapsed for some takeaway sushi for my family and was really impressed by the freshness and quality of the sushi. The employees were busy making the sushi that confirms that the product is not brought along. The place had to choose a dozen, as well as meals in a bowl, oh and some delicious steamed dim sims. Sushi is a new thing in Sandgate, a place that quickly lives as a village in a suburb and enjoys an enormous gentrification. We'll be back.
Not good; must lift the game. I tried this place years ago. I thought things would have improved by considering how much competition there is now for Japanese cuisine. Not yet. Between the rice and the chicken was a crushed cabbage. Chicken wasn't...karaage in style. I hate to say it, but the sticky name and decor completely reflect the food.
Fresh sushi in Sandgate. What a treat. Simple street parking so you can just walk in and be a few tasty hand made sushi rolls and gone, but they also have a few seats if you want to eat in, either way... it's a delicious.
I tried this place several times and always got the same result. Cooked tuna-nori rolls are always soggy and soup and stirrups are missing in taste. I'm going to Bracken Ridge for Sushi.
