the geibelhof in karben is - too wrong - only a few locals are known. in the courtyard of the old but very well maintained building there is a beautiful summer garden and in the stylishly rebuilt skies the associated weinstube with restoration operation. in beautiful weather you can choose in toskana. the map is manageable and offers small dishes with French-Mediterranean impact, but also hessian specialties can be found on the daily map. we have eaten dozens of times here and have never been disappointed.The mood is always loose, cheerful, family. the people working here seem to be very happy to work here. the actual core-competence of the geibelhof is however wein. the wine card is detaile...
