During my initial visit to Geido about a year ago, I was quite disappointed. The sushi lacked flavor, which left me feeling unsatisfied. However, today I found myself craving sushi for lunch and decided to give them another try. I'm really glad I did! I ordered the spicy salmon and spicy tuna combo, and it was both fresh and delicious. The cashier was very helpful and recommended that I opt for the combo instead of ordering a la carte, which saved me some money. Though it took a bit of time since they prepare the sushi to order, this visit was certainly worth the wait.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. My spicy salmon roll has barely any salmon in it. I didn’t realize I ordered a spicy salmon flavored rice puff roll instead. Rice is over cooked and gummy. Never coming to this dump ever again. To top it off the manager was incredibly rude and impatient when taking my order. They should be ashamed at this nickel and diming customer service and just say I could care less about about preparing food other than taking your money.
I guess we tried almost all the sushi places in Allston and this one is the only one where we order now. They have a nice selection of combos for a very good price. Usually we'd just call them and order take out for a pickup, so no idea about delivery. A couple of times we got a gift from them together with our order: complimentary sushi and rolls, which were as always delicious!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot with incredibly friendly staff. The sushi is amazing, offering a wide variety of choices. The service is quick and efficient, making it easy to grab something to go. It's definitely a great place to stop for a quick bite, especially if you're busy with work. Highly recommended!
The sushi at Geido Sushi does not meet expectations given the price. The rice was served warm, the California roll contained insufficient crab stick, and it was poorly rolled and lacking in flavor. Furthermore, the quality of the raw fish raised some concerns.
Geido Sushi features a distinctive selection of sushi and various other dishes. The prices are quite affordable, and the food is truly scrumptious.
