In diesem winzigen Restaurant an der Loipe in Reckingen bekommt man die besten selbstgemachten Kuchen Torten im ganzen Goms. Es gibt aber auch Raclette und Suppen mit Würstli oder Käse. Die Portionen sind grosszügig und die Preise moderat. Fein ist auch der Kaffee zu dem es nicht ein gewöhnliches Rähmchen gibt, sondern Schlagrahm im essbaren Schoggikübelchen. Das Ehepaar Walpen führt dieses Beizli mit Herzblut und ich hoffe, dass sie es noch lange tun.
