we are a Hispanic family who visits the Swiss. most places are wonderful, but this was really the opposite. the seller was very rude when we approached him; he wanted our party from loading asap to claim that we were too many for such a small place, while a second party of the same size arrived and he gave them a real greeting. because he didn't draw us attention, even if we were there first, we decided to go. when we left, he said loudly in Spanish - our mother tongue - "danke gott". can not safely say the reasons he acted on this wise, but surely felt racist. I couldn't tell them about the taste because we didn't try.

I'm sorry I didn't find this place earlier! best ice and cheap, plus they take credit card. I was there several times. highly recommended caramel and coffee.
