We love this place and have to have it every time we're in the area from NM. We had GC twice while we were there over 4th of July vacation. The first time my daughter had salted caramel, my son had birthday cake, and I had peach, everything was as delicious as we remembered!! Second visit daughter had salted caramel again (she really likes salted caramel lol), son had rainbow cookie (which was awesome), and I finally tried Just Ask- and it was delicious! The customer service is always so nice, the people at the counter have always been patient with us while we make up our mind. My kids and I wanna go here every night when we're in VA Beach but we have to have self control and not go crazy.
I had someone recommend this place Yesterday was the worst customer experience. There were 3 young females working and I male. The Females had the worst attitude, I stood in line and they looked at me and continued to chat and do whatever. I finally asked if someone is going to pay attention to my order. I continued to be polite. Not sure who hired them but this a reflection on whoever did. Seems to me this place doesn't care how to treat visitors but the cash that flows in. Sad
I used the drive-thru to order ice cream for my family. When the lady handed me the ice cream, she didn't provide any lids, bags, or spoons. I had to ask for each item separately, and she seemed annoyed, practically tossing the bag at me as if I were a bother. Earlier, I had asked to sample a flavor, but she refused. On a positive note, the ice cream itself was good.

I've visited both locations, and I have to say they serve the best ice cream in town! It's always fresh and incredibly delicious. The prices are excellent, and the portions are huge. The only suggestion I have is to bring extra napkins since their napkins are small and quite flimsy.
Let me tell you how amazing—no, absolutely phenomenal—this restaurant is! I just picked up a huge bucket of food today for $90. Wow, that’s more than enough to earn those five stars up there!
The homemade waffle cones are amazing! The gelato is wonderfully creamy, and there are so many flavors to choose from. It's a great value and the perfect little treat!
