This place is good! Many options to choose from, either recipes from the menu or build your own bowl. The portion was quite huge, and we only got the regular size for lunch. I ordered a dish off the menu which was pretty bland, but you could taste the beef, chicken, and shrimp in the dish and was quite good once I added some soy sauce. My friends built their own dishes and they were quite happy with their creations. Our meals came out very fast, and service was ok, but not great. Had to ask for our drinks twice as the server forgot our orders. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I tried Genghis Grill for the first time tonight. The portions are massive! My wife ordered a small bowl which was enough for two meals. I ordered a regular size bowl and couldn't finish it. You can customize your dish with vegetables, meat, seasoning, rice or noodles, and sauces. The chef cooks your creation and the server brings it to your table. Genghis Grill offers options for Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Carnivore diets.
First time here: didn't get a menu no instructions on how to serve yourself or the menu/prices we had to walk up and get the menus ourselves I had to ask twice for water bathroom was covered in toilet paper and the trash was overfilling waitress was on her phone in the front I liked the cooks and food
This is the only restaurant where you can get fresh vegetables, even if they are not organic. You can easily control your sodium intake by using less sauce. I have had bowls where I didn't use any garlic water and it was still delicious! Why on earth are you closing?

We have not visited since before Covid. The cook was really nice and the food was simply delicious!!! It was a fabulous early dinner with fresh ingredients and a nice clean restaurant. Will be back soon!
