Don't eat here the staff don't have a lick of sense i& the food don't have a lick it taste! I always spend at least $50 so I want to get what I pay for. This ain't McDonald's so they should have tasted way better than McDonald's. 2nd time thislocation, both times didn't touch the store in Grove City! Not only is the steak tough but the whole dish was dry as hell.Honestly don't waste your time or money go to Grove City.
This place straight lied about my order. I called to cancel 5 mins after ordering and they said they had not started yet. Go through doordash a few mins later to cancel and they had quickly started my food so I could not get a refund AFTER managementtold me they wouldn't start it. Such a shame my first impression of Ohio eateries. Never will I eat at this place again. Howrude.
I usually enjoy my meals at Genjigo, but this time was disappointing. My server, Sarah, added way too much pepper to my dish, and there was steak included even though I ordered chicken and shrimp. The dish ended up overly salty and peppery, making it difficult to eat. I'm quite let down by this experience.
I've tried chicken fried rice from many places, and I often find it disappointing. However, this chicken bowl is incredible! I make sure to order it at least twice a month. I recommend getting a double portion because it provides me with 2-3 meals—it's a generous amount of food! Book a table now
Passable, through Ubereats it was more expensive than the local place up on Mt. Vernon. Get less too, steak lower quality, smaller pieces and overcooked to medium by default (no option for med rare online), fried rice bit more generic. Deliveredquick to near east side.
Good quality of meat! They let you add vegetables to your bowl so it's pretty healthy too. My bowl tasted a bit salty in the end but was generally very good. Order was well packaged. I will definitely want to keep trying more items on their menu!
We usually love Genjigo and it's our favorite on DoorDash. However, this time they left out the steak in our steak and shrimp bowl, forgot the yum yum sauce, and the rice was chewy. The rest of the menu is great, but this order was disappointing.
