I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the final product. The premises of the activity are good and the service is gentle, but unfortunately the warm drinks were of low quality. My capuccino was served slightly warmer than the room temperature, the milk-foam was just air (probably made 10-20 minutes before), the glass of water brought together with the capuccino was so old that the skretches made it opaque. Also the warm chocolate of my girlfriend was served almost at room temperature, and the chocolate taste was almost unperceivable. Leider hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Ich war gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin am 10.09 im GenussSpiel Mittagessen und habe mir die Jägerpfanne bestellt. Mit einer herkömmlichen Jägerpfanne hatte das Essen wenig zu tun, schmeckte eher wie eine Knoblauchcremesuppe. Die Konsistenz der Sauce war auch eigenartig fast wie ein Pudding. Auf jeden Fall habe ich mich das letzte Mal überreden lassen dort Mittag zu essen. Preislich wird einen ja auch nichts geschenkt. Eines muss ich anmerken beim Frühstück hat die Qualität bis dato immer gepasst, den Rest werde ich wie gesagt meiden.
Meine Familie und ich waren heute wieder einmal frühstücken, das Essen sehr gut, das Personal ok, nur ich war mehr als überrascht als wir die Rechnung bekamen, ein Heißgetränk ist im Frühstück nicht mehr inkludiert, was einer Preissteigerung von ca. 45% entspricht, wenn ich das schon mache, muss ich auch den Mut haben und 14,50€ in die Karte schreiben und nicht 10,20€ und das Getränk weglassen bzw. extra verrechnen! Ich werde in Zukunft dann mal lieber zu Hause frühstücken, so ist mehr Platz für andere ...
