It was our first time in Toronto and I decided to search up something near by for supper and came across this gem! The name of the restaurant had us a bit uncertain of what to expect but we are so glad we went there! Upon arriving we realized it was a "sports bar" and figured the food would be low quality typical sports bar food but it wasn't at all. The waitresses were so quick and polite and attentive and the food was amazing!! I had a beef and noodle stir-fry with vegetables and it was so delicious and generously portioned. We were attending an event at a nearby hotel and we were challenged to find somewhere to eat. Came across this restaurant by chance as we were attempting to navigate around the rush hour traffic that was at a complete standstill on the Don Valley Parkway!! The service was OK and the food although not amazing met our needs. I ordered the California Burger and my friend ordered the chicken on a pita. I loved the guacamole on the burger and would have enjoyed it even more if the burger had been freshly made and not a frozen generic patty. My friend did enjoy her chicken pita. My wife and I had an early dinner there mainly because of their generous 2 for 1 coupons in the Entertainment Book. The restaurant area is separated well from the large bar area, which has many TVs for sports events, so that it was quiet enough for us to comfortably talk. I had the pulled pork sandwich, which comes with cole slaw and fries. My wife had their seafood fettuccine. Both had generous portions and were enjoyable. Free parking was plentiful and their restrooms were clean and well-stocked. They had plenty of waitstaff and so service was quite good.
Visited here for lunch and while the food was ok, the service made the place! O had a burger which was just ok and the fries were the same...just adequate (big serving though). The service was excellent and friendly...would repeat because of this. The location is close to my house and this was the first time trying it out...will be back for sure. You can't beat great service with a smile!

My family love George Porgy so much. We plan to go back there again after eating there twice in a roll.The food portion is BIG and cooked with homemade flavour and style. The fried sweet potato is our favourite. Their soup, salad, chicken fingers and fish chips are all yummy. Waitresses are very friendly. Just the souvlaki is a bit dry. Overall we love it!
The service was very good. The meal(s) came in a timely fashion and were as highlighted on the menu. I had requested a change to my meal and that was done with no issue. The burgers, and a chicken burger, were tasty and the sweet potatoe fries well cooked with a flavourful dipping sauce.
The service was fine but the food was not. The hamburger meat was 'prefab' and not a good variety of same. It's a nice location and the servers are friendly but unfortunately the quality of the meal I had was poor. There may be better choices on the menu.
This restaurant offers American cookies, like a cower and famous machines like a Basta, good food and service.
