La panadería-pastelería es preciosa con mucho cuidado en los detallos. También se ve como hen el pan allí. El servicio de las personas que atienden el negocio es muy bueno. La calidad del producto es muy buena, aunque a título personal, el pan les queda siempre muy duro y los precios son muy altos.
Excellent pains au levain naturel et farines bio moulues sur meule de pierre à la ferme, endroit magique au cœur de l’ancien four d’Yverdon datant du XIIIe siècle. Un beau retour dans le temps. Je vous recommande vivement cette boulangerie
