it is not eays to successfully lead a vegan restaurant, since most people are carnivores and are not willing to test another experience and sometimes question their eating practice. Therefore, the gersag also offers organic food for lunch. but in. the evenings the restaurant is dedicated to not animal products. I was very positiw surprised by the food. eating is not only good, but also beautifully presented. I ate the beet root garpacio and the book wheat chop meat bowl. boht were delicious and barely beat. there is also a lot of weeping (ecological or even vegan.) the Gersag building is not very cozy, but they decorated the restaurant well. I hope and wish for success for this highly ambiti...
Mit einer der freundlichsten Bedienung die wir je erlebt haben begann es! Die Person ist zwar klein, aber um so grösser war ihre Freundlichkeit! Einfach SUPER!Zum Essen wählten wir das Tagesmenu mit Fleisch zum Preis von CHF 19.80 (inbegriffen Suppe, Salat oder Smoothie): Vorab eine Lauchcremesuppe würzig und fein. Dann Kalbgeschnetzeltes mit Champignos, Kartoffel-Peterlipüree und Blumenkohl mit Mandelbutter - ein Gedicht!Mein Mann wollte keinen Blumenkohl, aus Versehen wurde, obwohl es aufgeschrieben war mit gebracht. Kein Problem innert einer halben Minute kam der Teller ohne mit einer entschuldigung. Auch die Servicedame kam und entschuldigte sich, obwohl sie alles richtig geschrieben hat...
it is not quiet to find an inspiring vegan restaurant! but here it is! in the suburbs of luzern, but easy and fast to reach by bus or train, you will find delicious vegan food. during lunchtime they can even get meat dishes, but. it is always worth tasting the vegan menu. in the evening there is only the vegan choice. I am regularly over and am always delighted with the fresh and delicious! Beyond that, the staff is very helpful and friendly!
Als überzeugte Fleischesser waren wir etwas skeptisch bzgl. des Besuchs in einem veganen Restaurant.Das Gersag hat uns vom Service über die Speisen bis hin zum Wein überzeugt.Kochkunst auf sehr hohem Niveau unter Verwendung von hochwertigen Zutaten.Es ist selten, dass einem ein Essen als Erlebnis haften bleibt. Das Gersag hat dies geschafft!
