Los ingleses llegaron a Menorca, la invadieron y con ellos llegó la Ginebra. Luego la historia acabó alejando a los ingleses de la isla, pero la Ginebra se quedó y en Gin Xoriguer siguen manteniendo la manera tradicional de hacerlo. De hecho, es la única destilería en la isla y se pueden ver todos los procesos de elaboración, a través de sus alambiques de cobre calentados con leña. La tienda tiene un montón de variedades que se pueden probar sin coste alguno. A mi me gustó especialmente la pomada mezclando la ginebra con limonada.
