We live in Runaway Bay and drive about 20 minutes to visit this fantastic restaurant. The food and service are both excellent. We always end up ordering more than we can eat and end up taking leftovers for lunch the next day because we can't get enough of the delicious food. The meat in the dishes is always tender and juicy, which is hard to find on the Gold Coast. We highly recommend Ginger Indian Gourmet restaurant to anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine.
My family of 6 went to this restaurant for dinner and followed the staff's recommendations for entrees. The dishes arrived quickly and were delicious and satisfying. We ordered 4 main dishes to share among 4 adults and 2 hungry kids, which turned out to be the perfect amount. The naan bread was a highlight, especially the garlic variety. We highly recommend trying both types. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant! 10 out of 10!
The food is great! The customer service outstanding! Thank you Ginger Indian Gourmet for resolving our issues earlier and complimenting me with that beautiful pistachio ice cream thing! Delicious and definitely helped bring down the heat after eating that spicy tender lamb shank! Thank you again for a very tasty dinner! Probably one of the best Indian food on the Gold Coast! Will definitely come back again.
I ended up at this restaurant one night out of necessity and now I come back regularly. The food is great and the staff is friendly. They even went above and beyond to make me something that wasn't on the menu. It's at the top of our list for favorite Gold Coast restaurants. I can't recommend it enough. Book a table now
We tried Ginger tonight and it is the best Indian on the coast. We have tried heaps of other places and not been satisfied with the taste. The food at Ginger is amazing, fresh and delicious, we have now found our go to Indian restaurant
This is like oasis in dessert, 5 mins drive from Movie World Wet n wild theme parks,absolutely authentic mouth watering north indian food,excellent staff and service. Highly recommended for everyone in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed.
