We went to Madrid Xanadú for some shopping and ended up having lunch at Gino 's, an Italian restaurant from the VIPS franchise with a long successful history. I have gone many times to other Gino 's and I was quite satisfied. However, that day the restaurant was crowded and the waiters overwhelmed. After ordering we had to wait a lot for the salad and even more for the pasta. Anyway, the pasta we ordered (vermicelli neri with gorgonzola and linguini verdi with primavera sauce) were a deception.
