Please stay away, you won't get good food or good service. You don't feel comfortable when you're in there, just because of the pieces of paper that say you have to pay €5 if a plate isn't empty, what a threat. Have been to Ginza again for a long time. Staff makes a tortured impression. The dishes are broken in every corner and you have to dig a bit in the cutlery container before you find clean cutlery. The clips for the plates are dirty and sticky. The sauces at the warm buffet were very watery and didn't taste like anything. The ice was also underground. Great Asian buffet, rather inexpensive. I like to go there again and again. Unfortunately, as is often seen in Asian restaurants, there are lots of signs banning this and that or threatening fines. Apparently this is necessary, but this aspect doesn't seem inviting to me.
Food very good and varied. Large selection of ready meals. What was special was the opportunity to put together raw food and have it grilled. Staff friendly, quick and accommodating.

Would never recommend it. Nothing is fresh. Was with a colleague on Saturday evening. The next day it was really bad. Both had stomach pains and much more.
The staff was uneducated. I would rate the service with 0. They need to find someone who speaks English or another language for the tourists.
