After reading reviews I was excited to make a reservation. I reached out to the restaurant in advance as my fiancee has a Gluten Allergy, and was pleased to find out that all of their pasta is made in house, and Gluten Free options are available. Arriving at the restaurant we were greeted by a valet (while it is not needed, it's always nice to have the option). The restaurant is in a lower end side of town, but after speaking with our waiter we found out that the owner was born and raised in that neighbourhood, and never wanted to move. From valet to hostess to chef everyone was amazing. Every ingredient of every dish was perfectly cooked and amazingly flavorful. Love this place and will be back. Certainly have to seek this place out in terms of location but it's worth every minute of the drive and for what you get this place is an outstanding value.
Still continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Detroit and certainly favorite Italian restaurant !
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. I would recommend this place to anybody.
