Wir waren früher (seit 1995) sehr häufig im Glacehaus und es hatte uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Nun mal wieder nach vier Jahren, und wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Absolut zu hohe Preise für kleine Portionen, und dann noch mit schlechter Qualität. Bandnudeln mit Lachs für 25€ von denen selbst schlechte Esser nicht satt werden. Die Sparerips waren gefühlt dreimal im Ofen und so trocken, dass man sie nicht vom Knochen bekommen hat. Dazu Krautsalat wie von ALDI und Pommes für 26€!!!! Wir haben es bemängelt und zurückgeschickt, zunächst nur ein „oh tut uns leid, sollte nicht vorkommen“ und beim Bezahlen als Entschädigung Cappucino angeboten bekommen. Das Ambiente war sehr schön, die Bedienung sehr freundlich, aber die Preise völlig überteuert. Wir hatten Gnocchi, die gummiartig fest (offenbar Fertigprodukt), aber mit Pesto und gebackenen Kürbisspalten nett angerichtet waren, das Ganze (relativ kleine Portion) für über 17 €. Insgesamt ganz okay, für den Preis hätte man allerdings frische, selbst gemachte Gnocchi erwarten können. Der Kaiserschmarrn war überhaupt nicht fluffig, sondern sehr fest und übersüßt. Das alkoholfreie Hefeweizen (0,5 l) war für 6 € schon unverschämt teuer. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte hier nicht.
We've been in the Glace House for a family dinner today. A great atmosphere a super selection of cold and warm dishes if you want egg, for example, agitator and bacon freshly prepared in the kitchen and not offered in a warm-up container. I don't care where I drank. Supernette operation. The restaurant was really full and despite the stress, the service always had a smile for the guest. Das Essen ist echt teuer geworden und der Pannfisch war so überschaubar, dass 1 x Nudeln nachbestellt werden mussten. Die Burger haben uns 6 überhaupt nicht geschmeckt (wir haben das Essen von jedem probiert) und die Soße dazu war geschmacklich eher nur Tomatenmark. Gerne bezahle ich mehr, wenn das Essen überzeugt. Hier war es leider gar nicht der Fall. Nur der Flammkuchen war in Ordnung. Schade, es war dann das letzte Mal für uns.....

Food and bedining were perfect! It has taken place in between, but that is understandable in such a full restaurant. And it was worth waiting. The waiter and waitress were always kind despite the stress and have always smiled, you have the stress they have never noticed. Thank you for the great evening, the good food and the great bedining. My wife and I are definitely coming back.
Stopped for a lunch here and had a very pleasant surprise. The restaurant is inside a green house with plenty of plants and greenery. The food was both good and relatively inexpensive. Service was really great.
Visiting some friends in Hamburg, decided to visit outside of city and we went for dinner here, was very delicious our server Gillian was very kind. Would eat here again!

After a meeting me and a colleague had a short lunch and was good. There was a salad bar. Food was good . Service was good and would go back.
Ambience is great and the service is very nice, even the food tastes excellent. The Glacehaus is definitely recommended.
