Very disappointing experience at Glasol Heladería. The staff were extremely unfriendly and acted like they had absolutely no motivation to work. The whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, and it honestly seemed like they just did things whenever and however they wanted. The ice cream itself was okay, but definitely not the best in Barcelona. What really made the experience ridiculous was paying an extra €1 for chocolate sauce and receiving a tiny little drop of it completely embarrassing for the price. After trying different ice cream shops in the city, Gelats DellaOstia is on a completely different level much better quality, generous portions, and actually friendly service.
