We made reservations through open table. We arrived and we were told that we did not have Z table because they are not looking at the open table reservations at the time. They are too busy, they said. The restaurant should not be accepting reservations if they are too busy to check then or honor them when the customer shows up
Really bad service , the hoster was on her phone and did not even sit us, we have to go to her and she answers Any table you see free please that is really rude since I have a reservation
