Went there and wanted to redeem a deal from the app, the girl just said they don 't do deals from the app, I asked why, and she just said we we just don 't in this branch like why? Anywat, we still ordered and the 2 girls that works at this branch doesn 't seem like they communicate with each other. Ordered a chiller drink with cream on top, and the girl even asked if I wanted cream when I was ordering, but the girl who made it didn 't put cream and there were still big chunks of ice when they gave it to us and was undrinkable. They added the cream, but the cream was curdled and disgusting. What are these girls on? These gurls need to be trained and need to learn vustomer service.
I’m not one to complain but my experience at Gloria Jeans Roselands today was terrible . I ordered a peach iced tea, the first sip was like drinking a cough syrup (absolutely disgusting) made me feel physically sick. I went back explained it was undrinkable. The girl behind the counter smirked offered to add more tea, that wouldn’t have made a difference in the slightest. To not even offer to make a fresh drink or money back was extremely disappointing a poor display of customer service. Your staff clearly needs extra training in multiple areas.
Ordered 4 espresso chillers. Wasn’t greeted by young girl. Went to pay and machine was not working. You got cash she asked. Ah no that’s why I’m using my card. I tried 3 cards, was them told to walk to the atm. When I returned with my I went to pay the 2 young girls were eating at the back of shop, didn’t even come to the front to serve me again. There was no sorry about that, no please and no thank you. These young people of today need to do customer service training. Absolutely disgraceful service. I will not be back.
I went to order this morning around 10.30am and asked a question about this deal that was clearly posted. Initially the person in charge said they didn’t have a takeaway special. Then when I pointed out the sign they said “we don’t have that deal now I don’t think”. I didn’t want to point out they’d legally have to honour the deal since it was clearly advertised and just left it because I had things to do. Clearly the staff in charge was making it up as they went along. Needs better training or management.

I would give no stars if I could. After checking google to see store hours, the shop said “closes at 5.30” after arriving at 5.10pm I asked one of the ladies who was standing outside if they were closed as google says it closes at 5:30 and her response was very rude, that they stop selling at 5:00. Would be better to make this clear on google, when a store closes to the public that should be clear if you stop selling at 5:00, then state the shop is closed at 5:00. Very big waste of time.
check ur roster for the 27/6/2024 the guy with the long curly hair kept touching and swinging his hair around like he was in a commerical. never saw him wash his hands. coffee tasted terrible which is a shame since I used to order from here all the time weekly it was better when the Vietnamese woman was here but now no one cares and the coffee is always too diluted and weak Food: 2
Worst customer service rude staff ordered coffee have to wait 15 mins for it. Went back and asked them about my order after that he made coffee. Staff is making coffee for themselves and not bothered to serve customer first. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1
