Extremely overpriced. I’d honestly just go upstairs to Century Theatre’s Starbucks and see what they have to offer because — despite being limited and compromised — you might as well just get the real deal because this is just a quasi Starbucks. I absolutely love their Iced Mochas! The coffee is delicious and I enjoy mostly everything they have to offer. I feel that Gloria Jean's could be more successful if they were not located inside Stratford Mall. The mall itself is falling apart and Gloria Jean's does not have the potential to thrive in the location they're at currently. Unbelievable, online it says they close at 9 but I went with my boyfriend around 7 pm and the blonde girl working behind the counter was literally on the phone talking to some girl about how she didn’t know some dude had a girlfriend and was apologizing to her. When addressed us she told us that she couldn’t serve chillers after 7 pm because she had to clean the blenders. What a waste of time and gas. If anything make sure to answer the phone or update your website.
Decent beverages, but was served by a jerk today. Bought a medium drink carry out and asked for an extra paper cup to share with my kid. Right over the large stack of cups.. the Indian looking guy says.. No, we don't have any cups. Geez..! Guess Starbucks is more successful for a reason.

Everytime I go. I'm greeted with a warm and genuine smile I have a favorite coffee maker and Everytime they work i have to get my usual. Tasty Everytime.
