I only gave our server a 5 star. That is not for the whole establishment. We came from ohio. The day we went, we had a large group, and we went around lunch time. There was only 2 servers for the entire place.. for lunch... it took 2 hours for our food to come out. And it was cold. Like they were waiting on the quote group or something. Smh Never did the manager come apologize for the extreme wait we had. Our waiter did keep apologizing. We felt so bad for him. We will not be back.
Felt very odd how my sister and I were barely acknowledged when we walked in and servers kept staring at us but no one ever came to our table we have been sitting there for 30 minutes and no one showed up families showed up in big groups yet we still never got a server what sense does that make had to just leave just horrible never coming back do your job!!!
I got the beer battered fish. Was still frozen in the inside (smh) Returned it and got a cheese steak. The steak was good but the cheese turned my stomach. Mac and cheese bites were pretty good. My date ordered the steak, had right texture but she said needed more season. I'ma give them another shot tho
“Margarita special” took forever to come, was mostly ice, and was not worth buying. The beer took even longer to appear. Seemed the server was even frustrated. Food was edible but lack of a decent bartender ruined the experience.
