Glory Days Grill - Table reservation

not as good as other glory days Grill’s I have visited. we arrived at 18 o'clock and sat pretty fast. our waiter took a long time to come to the table and welcome us. he apologized for so long. we ordered an appetizer and our meal. the appetizer came out immediately, but our meal took too long to come. when it finally arrived at the table, everything was cold, not warm, not raumtemp, but cold. my wife spoke to the manager melissa. melissa for her credit was professional, friendly and understanding. she cost our meal. excellent service and fantastic eating. we had a problem with something that my commanded that they were out of toy sharks for the shark attack and that waiter felt so bad. he was amazing! he went next door to the five below and bought them instead a small doll. all about an excellent customer service! this has done their day and ours.

Food is consistently good and hot. Kids like the menu, Reasonably priced. Great Margaritas. The whole family loves their wings. A big variety of tasty flavors. We make a monthly visit. Great stores in that area too.

we came to lunch. the food portions were large, the food was delicious and properly prepared. the service was friendly and timely. it was a bit cold inside, but better than the summer heat outside.

thought it was more of a family atmosphere. many screaming and swearing about football games service was not so great and eating was overcooked
