Gluttons - Table reservation

I had a craving for cheesecake a few days ago. Having not found something to my liking in the town, I tried my luck at the Gluttons.There it was, a beautiful cherry ripple cheesecake, in the display fridge. The staff warmly and joyfully welcomed me in and introduced me to the range of cakes and other baked goods on offer. I stuck to my choice of cheesecake and that didn't disappoint at all. It was rich, creamy, not too tart, and of a decent portion size. I also liked the relaxing ambience with an original architecture featuring naked timber beams and pillars. For my first visit, I was truly impressed by the variety of food, generous portions, and delicious meals. I treated my mother to a late Mother’s Day lunch, and the afternoon was simply delightful. The selection of sandwiches was fantastic, which is a preference of mine when dining out. I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of a toastie, as well as the traditional afternoon tea options that featured four sandwich choices, scones, and cakes. Both the scones and cakes were quite large and incredibly tasty. The plum cake was my favorite—it was moist, soft, and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, making for an enjoyable meal. Love this cafe for a decent lunch in town. Only thing I wish they'd change is the lighting it's so bright in there. I'm a warm lighting kind of person.

today a table booked, 4 people 10-30, full breakfast. the service was brilliant as eating. the staff was very polite and profi will return very soon.
