The prices have increased and the quality has worsened at this restaurant. This will be my last time ordering as I am no longer enjoying the food. My sons usually get pizza or chicken nuggets, but they have not been enjoying the food lately. Last night, they even missed part of our order. The customer service was not the best - my chips with curry sauce were warm and stuck together. It seemed like they were the last delivery of the night instead of making an effort to correct their mistake. The sauce was not good and my family's birthday meal was ruined as the kids finished their food before mine was delivered. Avoid ordering from this takeaway at all costs. I am completely appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer support at Saleem's. The manager yelled at my brother on the phone when he raised a complaint about the condition of his pizza. Instead of taking responsibility for the subpar meal, the manager became defensive. We are regular customers at Saleem's but have never encountered such poor service. We will not be patronizing this establishment again. The customer service needs serious improvement. Absolutely awful experience.
I placed a large order for a group of people at Saleems and they were thoughtful enough to write our names on all of the bags to avoid any mix-ups. The estimated wait time was around 50 minutes, which I found reasonable considering the size of the order. To my surprise, the order arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected and everything was hot and delicious. The customer service during ordering was excellent with no issues. I will definitely be returning to Saleems in the future.
I asked in the JE comments to make my cry. Not only did the chef took this as a personal challenge. Visited Hell and brought back this un godly beauty. They had fun with it. I'm sweating from places i didn't know could sweat. I can't stop eating it so delicious. Thanks for having fun with my order and delivering it with a smile. You have a customer for life.
