The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the burgers are often poorly put together, especially the special ones. The Double Trouble burger seems to be consistently poorly assembled. It seems like they are trying their best but it's just not working out. The fries have gone through several changes in the past year, but they are currently good. The main issue is that the estimated delivery time is always significantly underestimated. So, if you plan on ordering, be prepared for your food to arrive about an hour later than the estimated 20-30 minute window. I dined here several years ago and had a fantastic experience, but this time was quite disappointing. Everything took a long time, from drinks to appetizers and the main course. Orders were not handled correctly, including an allergy-related concern. One meal was forgotten entirely, and when they hurried to get it out to us, it was seriously undercooked. This restaurant has definitely improved since it first opened. I have visited multiple times and now they have incredible burgers on the menu. They also offer a low carb lettuce cup option, which is a great addition. So far, everything I have tried has been delicious.
