"We went there expecting a range of authentic German and Bavarian dishes. But hamburgers, Thai curries and Turkish confused the menu. The service was not that great with one main course appearing minutes before the other main course. So an average OK meal and...average service"

a drop of chance into this restaurant bar leads to a very good meal, so much I eat there the next day. the first meal was a local German plate (sorry can not remember the name) served by a pork or calf carving with...small trench drops from what a pasta like article served with a cheese and cram sauce, very good. the second night was steak and chips and again very good.

There are a lot of Bavarian specialities here including modern Bavarian cooking involving a lot of wild garlic. Portions are generous and usually accompanied by salad, One quibble I had was that the wine list was a bit short on German wines although...the Austrian wines we chose were good too
