After dinner, we found ourselves wanting dessert, and Gobi caught our attention on Yelp. I'm a big fan of rolled ice cream, so we decided to give it a try. There's a menu on the wall near the register, but they have an updated version with additional flavors. We opted for the salty caramel and cookies and cream—both were delicious and packed with flavor. The only downside was the wait, which was a bit long, though it's understandable since everything is made fresh. They did notify us of the wait time before we ordered, which we appreciated. Overall, the customer service was friendly and welcoming!
Was a sweet surprise, get it... because it's ice cream. Haha. Bad dad joke I know. Anyway, great ingredients that arnt too sweet, great service, and local..... what more can you ask for! I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the other flavor combinations! Skip the store frozen junk and get it freshly made in front of you instead!
I ordered the cookies and cream flavor, my mom chose sea salt caramel, and the kids had sprinkles and animal crackers. Everything was delicious—the rolls were the best I've ever had! The staff was super friendly, and even though it was a busy place, our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The price was $6.50 each.
I was visiting Long Beach and was craving rolled ice cream . I came across this store on yelp and decided go give it a try . 10/10 the ice cream and the portion size was perfect . The employees there were really friendly also . Such a cute hole in the wall ! Definitely recommend

Great ice cream worth the 30 min wait in line.Place was clean and art was cool and unique.Service was a bit casual and laid back for how many guest were in the line. But the craftsmanship was superb. No pressure.
Absolutely delicious! I almost hesitated to eat it because it looked so stunning! The staff were attentive and friendly. How did I not discover this place sooner?
My 8 year old granddaughter took me. What more can I say. Even if it weren't good, I'd say it was, but the reality is its very good stuff!
