The restaurant had a very cozy and clean environment with friendly staff. The food was fresh, hot, and served in generous portions. Overall, it was the best experience I have ever had at Gold Star, and I have been a loyal fan for years.
Whenever I visit from Florida, I always make sure to eat at Gold Star. The location in Alexandria is one of my top choices. I always order a cheese coney without ? at this restaurant.
My all time favorite chili , fries , cheeseburger, place !! Gold Star has something for everyone. With so much great food on the menu I could literally eat here every day.
The coneys are almost to good, like, the white castle of hot dogs.
