HORRIBLE!!!!! Don’t let TikTok videos fool you. Service was horrible!!!! Food was a 7! Woman working counter is rude. I was there around 7pm the food In their display, desserts etc looked like it had been sitting there since 5am when they opened food on display looked dry and nasty. We got past all that because the food looked soo delicious on TikTok. We order our food. Proceed to sit in the dining area to eat. And discovered a ROACH!!! Crawling on the table!!!!!! We notified the employees working who just kinda shrugged it off as a normal thing. Didn’t offer a refund or any apology or accommodation as we got up and walked out. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! There are plenty of restaurants in Dearborn...
We are waiting on line patiently Saturday around 430 pm. We saw a guy walk right passed us to the front. Ok fine, let’s not make a big deal about it, then we saw the young girl take to people behind us. When we objected and said we were in line first, her response was, the line is over here not over there, even though we were standing right behind the person in front of us. Forget the exponentially high, way passed inflation prices, at least try a little harder and rather than being so darn rude, attempt to listen to the customer?
This place used to be good. Not anymore. Quality and quantity went down and prices are so high. Bought some chicken shawarma sandwiches and they use half part of pita bread and few pickles and few meats (no lettuce or onions what so ever) when i asked for lettuce and onions the guy said it only come with pickle and meat. (there was barely any meat on it). You can buy big sandwiches from other mediterranean store for same amount. won’t be going back there anymore. And there was no taste for that sandwich either.
The thin, elderly man who prepares shawarma in the afternoon is quite stingy. His shawarma servings are very small, and you end up eating more tomatoes and pickles than actual meat. It's more like a vegetable sandwich than a proper meat shawarma, which was very disappointing. I recommend finding a better place for shawarma. Additionally, I've noticed that their cheese pies have shrunk in size as well.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing when I ordered two chicken shawarmas. The chicken was unevenly cooked, and the ingredients in the sandwich were lacking and not noteworthy. The overall eating experience was quite poor, but the service was outstanding.
Fresh pita bread,fresh pies, and a small grocery store, but I feel like the pies used to taste better, or it could be just an off day for the baker .I loved their cheese pie the zaatar and meat eas decent all though the kishik pie wasn't as good .
They being cheap on toppings far cheese, meats, zaatar everything don’t go there I don’t recommend it to nobody if they have zero start, I would’ve put it for them. No good. they charge you $6 or $8 dollars for breads only little bit of topping.

The pies are excellent, and I would certainly order the spinach and cheese pie again. The za'atar bread was also delicious. However, the service was just okay. Overall, everything is reasonably priced.
Not just a breakfast bakery, they have delicious meat chicken shawarma sandwiches. They other food options also great for lunch or on the go too.
