Golden Buffet - Table reservation

A disaster! Reserved several days in advance for a small group to spend a good Christmas party. Arrived at the time of booking at 8:45, full restaurant, no reservation, no side table, everyone could enter and reservations for many groups were not accepted. We are asked to wait there despite the reservation, we wait 45 minutes but still nothing, almost 22 hours and the evening of December 31 is totally ruined. We're trying to find something, but nothing, forced to go home and nibble. A real lack of seriousness for this buffet that is not ready to see me again.

A shame for the 31! Some have reserved for nothing, others have paid arhes and yet no place!! Waited for 1 h00 with resa and no room, at least 50 see the double of people left . taking people for pigeons and tonight, it's gross! Vs have ruined the bcp revival of perso nes technique ignoble to earn money and zero apology. you will no longer have my money!!!

Night of the 31 disastrous... We had booked 2 people for 8:30 on the stage at this hour, we had waited 1H!!! Get in the entrance before you get a table! The organization was a real disaster, a very clear lack of staff for a night of awakening. Otherwise, appetizing the buffet and quite complete. Service: Dine in Type of meal: Dinner
