During our journey, we had a surprisingly amazing experience at Golden Chick. We had the choice between Chick-fil-A further down the road or Golden Chick. Anthony informed us that there might be a slight wait for our food because he was hand battering the chicken, and we were perfectly fine with that. Anthony was a fantastic guy who showed a lot of passion for his job. Ten minutes later, I was enjoying some of the best fried chicken I have ever tasted. Thank you Anthony and Golden Chick for a wonderful meal.
I dined at this restaurant for the first time and was very impressed. The owner was friendly and provided excellent customer service, and the food was absolutely delicious. In fact, it was even better than chicken tenders from a more upscale restaurant! The special sauce was particularly delicious. I will definitely be returning. Overall, I would rate the service, food, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was between $1 and $10.
Felt like a new restaurant connected to a gas station. Liked the tall 2 person booths. Had to wait 10 min for my Big Golden sandwich but it was worth it. Hot fresh and generous. The chicken strip came with a roll and gravy which were delicious. Continuing to win the chicken sandwich war! Every new store I visit, the food is consistently good.
