I'm working nearby, so I can pop in for a donut whenever I have a moment. I really enjoy their croissants, though I'm not a big fan of the ham and cheese one. Unfortunately, the donuts sell out quickly. I was there at 8:00, and they were already gone. The apple fritter is delicious, and they have something that resembles a bear claw, but it's made without almond paste. Everything else is just okay. The last time I visited, I noticed they now offer fancier donuts, and they also started accepting card payments! It used to be cash only. I love the donuts here so much. If I wasn't on a diet, I'd get a donut every day. They always taste so fresh (is this a funny thing to say about a fried piece of dough). Which one can I recommend? I love them all, but I'm always a sucker for the glazed turn for the perfect chewing pillow structure (I'm sure you can now why I'm on a diet forever). Is that guy super-smiling and chipper? No. Did he stare at you, what donuts will you name in a quick episode? YEP. But he's never mean, he's just waiting for your order! Yeah, just cash. I've only annoyed myself through cash until I learned about credit card transaction fees (you can use Google and learn something).
Ordered 8 dozen donuts to school and they had to be COVID-safe (aka individually packed). They had them ready to go, all individually packed with napkins in each package, before 7a. I spoke to the nicest gentleman who was so helpful and friendly with the order. Pricing was very reasonable! It was also my first time to write a check in a long time
The best donuts in town! I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and the same family still owns and operates it. While they may not have as many coffee varieties as some other local donut shops, their selection is still good. The staff is very friendly, too.

The coffee is awful! It tastes like a blend of old grounds and reused soil. I'm certain there's no actual coffee here. I'm heading over to McDonald's instead; at least there, I know I'm getting my money's worth. The donuts do seem fresh, though.
I’m so glad to see that this local staple still offers the same delicious donuts and baked goods I enjoyed in my childhood. They only accept cash, so be sure to grab some extra donut holes and a cup of coffee while you’re there!
I hadn’t been here in more than six years. When I used to work in the area I would buy an apple fritter on a frequent basis from Michael . He remembered me and I remembered his donuts, just as good as they always been!
We had 3 donuts after a walk in Descanso Gardens. The donuts tasted amazing. Very fresh. Chocolate, glazed, and crispy donuts, where amazing. 1,65 a piece.

These are the best donuts I have had maybe ever. I strongly recommend the French crueler, and the apple fritter is a decadent experience unlike any other.
What a delightful experience! The staff is consistently friendly and kind. After just a few visits, they even remembered my favorite order!
