The quality and customer service at this restaurant have declined significantly. It used to be my favorite spot since childhood, but now I don't get to go as often since I live out of town. I drove 45 minutes to get there and was very disappointed with the service. I was charged $13 just for a side of chicken, which used to be part of a platter. When I questioned this, the server rudely told me that prices had changed. I decided to just get the platter anyway since I was already paying for the whole meal. The server then threw my order to the side and moved on to the next customer. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The dinner portions at this restaurant are massive, and the food is incredibly fresh! We were happy that they only offer carryout, which was convenient for us. The steamed veggies with a side of gravy were particularly flavorful. The egg rolls were large and not oily like other places that do carryout. We had enough leftovers for a second meal. The boys ordered chicken General Tso and pepper steak and were impressed by the freshness and flavor of the meat. We traveled 26 miles to bring the meal home, and it was securely wrapped. Overall, the service for takeout was excellent.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and found hair in my food. Additionally, I received pork fried rice instead of the fried rice I had ordered. The service was for takeout and it was a lunch meal. The price per person was $20–30.
