Golden Durebak - Table reservation

Excellent Korean noodle place, lots of dishes you just don't see outside of South Korea or South Korean movies. Since I watch a lot of South Korean movies I knew what all these dishes looked like, but not what they all tasted like. Authentic Korean service, so no you're not going to get that obsequious insincere emotive and dramatic American restaurant service, but you don't really want that. It doesn't go with this kind of food. Be really careful about splashing sauce or soup, some of this will really stain. By the way, it's good manners to make slurping noises with your noodle soups, that means you're enjoying it. You eat Korean noodles quietly if they're mediocre. Also be careful, Koreans...

Ordered seolloengtang and yukgaejang and both were great!! wish it was a little spicier, but overall it was fresh and authentic tasting. One of the better restaurant quality yukgaejangs i've had. Thought the price was fair as well. This was a nice little local restaurant with friendly staff and home-y vibes. I will definitely be back. I bet they taste even better during the winter!

Horrible food. It seems people leaving positive reviews have no clue how real Korean food should taste. Mine rice was overcooked. Everything else questionable taste. It would be much better if I bought some food from Seul market or Mitsuwa. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
