Golden Horse - Table reservation

Ordered for delivery last night at opening time, waited over an hour for delivery and am just down the road. This was a Mothers Day meal, a treat, usually the food is good , this time it was awful, satay bean curd in sauce was just terrible, a bland yellow sauce, Singapore fried rice noodle were too spicy and salty, salt and pepper chicken was dry and tasted like it was cooked the day before and just reheated etc etc. rang and complained, spoke to a lovely girl on the phone who apologised and I asked her to tell the manager. No reply given, nothing. Won’t be using it again and I suggest you don’t. New Panda in Tricketts Cross is so much better

Ordered takeaway at 6-30. Told possibly 1 hour. Phone after 1 hour was told its on its way should be with you soon. Phone back 2 hours later at 8-30, was told it still being cooked in the kitchen. Won't be much longer. Absolute JOKE. When I complained and said its not realy good enough, I was told, WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ALL AVOID THIS PLACE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT.

We had the food delivered. It was an excellent meal: Spare ribs dry Chicken Satay perfect satay sauce just enough hot spice. Special Chowmien with lots of different meats Crispy seaweed meat spring rolls Nice and spicy. Egg fried rice plain boiled steamed rice.

As usual the owner was kind and welcoming even during busy times with new staff and busy phones . Food was perfect as usual and piping hot . Seaweed was very nice and prawn crackers perfect . Always received great tasty food from this takeaway .

Load of **** waited over two hours for delivery. They should all be shot. Most definitely will not be ordering again
