The chicken in the chicken and broccoli dish was bad. After taking the first bite with the broccoli, it was obvious that something was wrong. To confirm, I took a second bite of the chicken and had to spit it out. It was definitely spoiled, leaving a terrible taste. I had to throw away the entire meal. I was very disappointed.
This place is no longer called Golden Star. It has been transformed into the Cactus restaurant and is now a fabulous Mexican restaurant serving delicious Latin American cuisine afforded with social distancing. There is dine in or take out and service is quick and efficient.
My order at this restaurant was completely mixed up. They initially said they would replace it with the correct order, but then called back and tried to insist that what they gave me was actually what I had ordered.
The food is authentic, but the service leaves something to be desired. The staff is not very attentive, whether you are walking in or already inside the restaurant. Book a table now
I’ve been living in the valley for a little over 2 years now and this is by far the best Chinese food we’ve had hands down! This will def be our new go to place
