We dined here recently and after reading reviews expected a great experience... unfortunately was just ok. As we were staying overnight we went to restaurant in the afternoon and requested to book a particular table. On arrival at our booked time someone else was sitting there and I did say to the guy who greeted us who just said he didn't know about our booking and we had to pick another table, not a great start. We both went with the 3 course xmas menu sounded lovely.My meal was good but my other half who is diabetic not so great.
