Not a good experience. Had a very difficult time just ordering with the person on phone and then of course wrong food was delivered despite my repetition of selections throughout the ordering process. It was our first time ordering here and I guess we are just to used to others we usually order from. Food was just eh. The general Tso was good and reminiscent of some we used to like elsewhere in the past. My husband said the egg roll was the worst he's ever had as tgere was virtually no filling. Lo mein is weird and tastes like horseradish so that was a bust for what is usually my son's favorite. I couldn't eat much of my meal because it was wrong. I’ve been ordering here for the past three years and the food is great. But ordering for delivery has always been a problem with and RUSHED customer service. The lady is always RUDE and when asking if my order came with eggrolls and soda she yelled with attitude saying it was either or, and that she was really busy at the money for me to be choosing and hung up. I called back to get my order right and get what I ordered and what I WANT either soda or the rollls. She picked up and I explained that to her, she then again said she was the only one there to pick up orders and that she was really busy to provide me with service for MY ORDER and again hung up. The customer service here is horrible...
I recently ordered the lunch special and I specified a substitution. When I calculate the total (tax included) it was more. I asked the woman why more? She was charging me for the subscription instead of telling me there would be a charge. I said give me what’s included in the lunch special. It still came out a few dollars more. She charged me a delivery fee, and piled on a mount of rice. When placing my phone order, sound like she was having an attitude. In the past I ordered from this establishment and never no issues. Trust me I will never order from there again. All others beware.
I've been going here for 20+years. I normally enjoy it but recently I've been noticing a difference. The quantity is much smaller and the price is more. No more fortune cookies, no napkins. I understand inflation. What I don't understand is why the woman behind the counter didn't want to give me one more paper plate when my food was leaking through the single paper plate she already gave me. That's really cheap and disappointing. I won't be going there anymore. They just lost a customer of over 20 years.
