This was our first visit to the restaurant in Tysons, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Given that only one member of our group of four drinks beer, it wasn't an obvious choice for dinner. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. One person's salad arrived much earlier than the rest of the meals, and another diner received their food a solid 10 minutes before the others, finishing before the rest were served. Additionally, dirty plates were left on the table, and we had to repeatedly flag down the waitress for more water, iced tea, ketchup, and other requests, even though the restaurant wasn't busy.
The service was below average. Our server didn't check on us very often, and the food was mediocre at best. I noticed the bathroom was dirty, which prompted me to take a closer look at the restaurant as I left, and I realized that the entire place was not very clean (it was 6:45 PM). We were seated next to the bar, but it's worth noting that if you're dining in the restaurant area, you won't have access to the happy hour drink specials.
This place is perfect for a business lunch. The waiter handled separate checks effortlessly, which made things very convenient. The timing for everything—ordering, getting drinks, receiving meals, and settling the bill—was spot on. It was efficient without making us feel rushed. The food was delicious, and I absolutely loved the garlic fries!
The service was slow, the burgers were neglected, and the lettuce was brown—this is not the high standard of food and service we've come to expect from GB! I'm really disappointed.
