The only star I give is due solely and exclusively to the Staff who, although not top notch, are at least attentive and friendly. As for the food, a real crime. Being a house specializing in picanha and serving everything but picanha is not only shameful but also makes a customer feel disconsolate and worse than that, deceived. Frozen, tasteless potatoes. Preheated rice and most likely to be microwaved and of course tasteless and dry. Beans straight from the can and just that, can. Poorly cut meat, taken directly from the frozen cabbage to be grilled by trial and error and arriving on the plate still stuck together, hard and of course, without flavor. I'm sorry to write such an opinion, but it's been a long time since I've had such a poor gastronomic experience...clearly the lack of attention and indifference to the quality of the food served...I won't even go into much detail as I was incredulous at the lack of “care” and “affection ” which does not apply in this space. Muito interessante tendo em conta que é a descrição a picanha e devo dizer que é fantástica e parabéns ao grelhador, o mestre da grelha, que soube sempre fazer como pedido em que solicitei não estar em sangue e passada mas não seca, resultou em uma barrigada de carne e todos os acompanhantes muito bem confecionados. The food is good, however the prices have gone up and the quality of the service has dropped a lot. Very unfriendly person who served me at the table. They are really strict about the hours.
